The LS doesn't need the X window system, but rxvt does... Just running "screen" in your shell should do.

ok, i see.

But without rxvt to launch "screen -dmS rtorrent rtorrent",
When the torrent file contain non-ascii word,
It won't display correctly in rtorrent console.
I'v tried scren -U, but it doesn't work too.

trying tmux...still have the problem.

Now I ran into a bigger problem that amule will rename non-ascii file to unknown when download completed.

keey trying now...

Hi guys
I've run into a problem with my KuroboxHD with Lenny.
I've installed network-manager, it brought in some update. Reboot and now the Kurobox is stuck somewhere in the boot.
This is the latest screen I got from netcat:

Quote:
csi2 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
usbcore: registered new interface driver usb-storage
USB Mass Storage support registered.
EXT3 FS on sda1, internal journal
device-mapper: ioctl: 4.14.0-ioctl (2008-04-23) initialised: dm-devel@redhat.com
scsi 2:0:0:0: Direct-Access SanDisk Cruzer 8.01 PQ: 0 ANSI: 0 CCS
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] 31306239 512-byte hardware sectors: (16.0 GB/14.9 GiB)
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Write Protect is off
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] 31306239 512-byte hardware sectors: (16.0 GB/14.9 GiB)
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Write Protect is off
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through
sdb: sdb1
sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk
sd 2:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg1 type 0
scsi 2:0:0:1: CD-ROM SanDisk Cruzer 8.01 PQ: 0 ANSI: 0
scsi 2:0:0:1: Attached scsi generic sg2 type 5

I've already waited an hour to check that it wasn't due to the cyclic HD scan process. Power button is not working, so I guess the avr daemon is not started yet.
I've already tried to disable the network-manager startup scripts and a couple of one, like udev and ppp.
I'm afraid that one of the upgrade wasn't ok for the Kurobox :(
Any clue of what I could do to fix the Kuro? If I untar the new Debian image (Squeeze) overwriting my Lenny, is there the chance I can recover the problem?
Bye
