Good Day I hope that there is somebody on this forum that can help with this problem . I have Buffalo LS420D and for a few years it worked fine but then suddenly it kept turning off the hdd although the power light was still on. The only way to restart was to pull out the power plug, reinsert the plug turn on the power switch and off it went again, lasting maybe days or weeks but then it just stopped working again. After this happened a number of times the whole LS420D crashed taking down with it the 2 X 2TB hdd. I contacted Buffalo on many many occasions either telephone or by email semding many cop[ies of logs and in the end Mary sent an email stating that they could not understand the problem and there was nothing more they could do. I replaced the 2hdd with 2 X 3TB hdd (as advised by Mary) and it again worked for a few days and then crashed again. The last conversation with Buffalo was that I could buy a new box without the hdd and it might work properly!!!. Has anybody experience the same problem and what did you do, please can you help as I am my wits end
Thank you

Hi,
Is there any error messages with your device?

What is the FW version?
