It's possible that bootloader had been modified by debian installer procedure. I don't have knowledge about this. I followed (blind) that steps.

I'll clear my originals 250GB disks (Maxtor)

I cleaned that both disks e make them GPT.
The result was the same

In both howtos are no command to modify the bootloader.

These commands dont change bootloader?

Yes and your drive is ok.

By a LS-WVL from eBay for 50€ without hdds

Ok. Thank you for your support.
Unfortunately, import taxes are VERY expensive.
My Buffalo was brought from US.
