I've just replaced a faulty set of drives in my NAS and now cannot configure the RAID. I've followed the instructions in the manual to no avail.

See attached screen shot to show the problem.

When I select the drives in the Disks Window all of the buttons across the top are greyed out;
RAID Array Window has no options

The process for replacing the drive was to turn off the unit, pull out the dodgy drive, replace it with an identical new drive and turn it back on again. Did I miss something in doing this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Maybe that you'll need to "un-fdisk" the remaining drive or maybe both.
My units came with an addendum sheet on on how to use a PC how to totally unfdisk them.
My drives were new but the first install was interrupted so I needed to start from scratch.
