HI,
I have LinkStation LS-WVL46B installed in my home office, for more than 6 months.
“Link Navigator” Software 2.0 .0 was installed on 3 Windows 7 workstation, and it worked till 3 days ago.
On 2 of these 3 Windows 7 workstation it is still working fine. But on one machine it does not work anymore.
I found out that only wireless connection does not work anymore. I’ve tried everything to find out why is wireless not working, when the workstation is connected via cable it worked, the LjnkStation was waked up .
Then I installed new version of “Link Navigator” Software, 2.30 and now waking up does not work at all !
From other Windows Workstation it works still fine.

Thank you in advance.

The "wake-up" machanism of Buffalo is a broadcasted magic packet.
Some WLAN adapter do not send broadcasts to a WLAN, some routers
do not forward broadcasts from a WLAN and sometimes firewalls block
broadcasts.
So a lot of possible reasons for failure. And a formerly working setup
does not mean, it can't be one of these.
Software gets updated as drivers do. Updates can change the behaviour
and different hardware can behave differently.
Try to start with the most easiest part; disable any kind of firewall on
the PC and see, if it works then.
