I accidentally hooked up my Linkstation LS-WXL with the power supply of a laptop with 20v instead of the 12v it should have. Now when I connect the right cable the led blinks every second next to the ethernet port and also next to the DC-in. At the same time the Function light blinks red. It wont start and nothing else happens no matter if it's set to on, off or auto.

Did I f%&8 up completely or does anyone have any tips that might get it running again? :?

I'm not getting a error code. It's just stuck with the blinking I wrote about. But your guess seems right. When I pull out the no 1 disk it boots up and then I get the error message that something is wrong with the disk. But I guess that the code now refers to that I have pulled out one disk. Unfortunately for me all my data is on the no 1 disk. The same problem occurs if I switch places of the disks.

Thank you so much! The controller on disk no 1 is the problem. I switched the controllers and the same problem now occurred on disk no 2.

When I power up the NAS without the broken disk I get seven short blinks.

It was a while since I used the NAS so I can't remember the configuration but I think it was normal mode.
