I have backed up my files to my LS-WVL and I can find them, but how can I restore them. I installed a larger disk in my computer and lost files in the process. Now I want to get backup files to my computer.

What operating system is your computer that the files were on? Windows? Mac OS X?

What software did you use to backup your files? NovaStor?

Windows 7 operating system. I backed up using (whatever?) backup system was on my LS-WVL to webNas. I wish I knew what what is was. I setup web access and first thing I did was back up, not knowing what backup software was used. I checked the BuffaloNas site and can see that there are 3 backups there. I can't find the actual bkup software on the NAS so I have no idea how to restore.

1. How do I locate backup software? 2. How do I access it? Possibly then I can figure out how to restore. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you for help.

Please get in contact with Buffalo.
It seems as if you used their software, so they should know
what to do now.
