I know this is a thread for Linkstation but I can not find any topic on TS thread so please bear with me :)

I have an issue with buffalo terastation TS-XL/R5 (TS3) which after few days just hangs / not downloading up uploading

I installed transmission as per your tutorial and it worked fine until few days ago when it started to freez (transmission)

The NAS itself work, shares work but download via transmission just does nothing
The conection via GUI works but nothing is happening

I need to restart NAS and transmission starts normaly but it works for few days and that it hangs anain.

I saw some similar issues and solutions with EVENT_NEOPOLL=1 but I am not sure how to used it

From your tutorial , when to use (if this is an solution) this commands:

#!bin/bash
export EVENT_NOEPOLL=1

or is there some other tip how to solve this

This issue happned to me after firmware update, and before transmission worked for years without any problem

Thx

regards

unfortunately it happened again :(

did I had to just copy/paste these commands in putty?

where can I see some log from Transmission to figure out what happened?

just to give you some description what was happening: I installed transmission after full wipe and it worked for couple of weeks

and now, it works for 3-4 hours and I need to reboot NAS every time for Transmission to start working

no
this is a script

2.
Code:
transmission-daemon -f --logfile /your/path/to/transmission.log

3. I have a similar problem only with one Tracker (TS)
Many others running nice.
