I have flexget scheduled through crontab and I recently increased the amount of times it runs in a day but I noticed that the linkstation becomes unresponsive. When I ssh into it and check the processes running there seems to be a lot of lines with python & flexget. Does the command just keep running in the background?

Code:
 3200 root      14168 D   /opt/bin/python2.5 /opt/local/bin/flexget --cron
 4932 root      13728 D   /opt/bin/python2.5 /opt/local/bin/flexget --cron

Is there a way to stop this from happening or should I add a killall command to my crontab? is this normal for flexget to stay as a running process?

I call it with "/opt/local/bin/flexget --cron"

bit new to this type of stuff.

cheers
