Hi everybody.
I recently purchased a new linkstation without an hdd, so i put the 1.54 firmware from scratch, and then i upgraded to 1.54-mod1 version by shonk (excellent version BTW).
As i pc user, i love archlinux, and so i wanted to install http://archlinuxarm.org/ on it, i just wanted to ask you if you have any suggestion to make it work, or if it isn't possible (i hope not!). My idea was to build a hddrootfs image as said in the wiki and then use the FW uploader by shonk (which doesn't modify the uboot image) to upload that along with the archlinux kernel and initrd. Is this just too crazy or is there any chance it will work?
Let me know!

I run Arch on my laptop, it's a great distro... I had a quick look at the arm port, it's looking better all the time... the community has grown since I last looked! :)

Getting it on the Linkstation might take a bit of effort but would be possible... I think it's worth a try if you have the free time ;)
