I installed my LS-CHL2.0 ;last week and all went smoothly. I had 3 computers all connected to the NAS and was able to store music/pictures and access them from all computers. Suddenly on Wednesday I noticed that whilst all 3 computers could see the NAS device in the Navigator software none of them could connect to the shared folders - either in the Navigator software or in My Computer on Windows.

I've noticed that the blue power light and blue function light are both flashing constantly. The system won't boot down even when I turn it off. I've looked on the forum but cant find any other problem like mine - other problems seem to have a code from the flashing blue light but mine just flashes constantly.

Any suggestions as to what to do? I've seen mention of TFTP booting but I don't want to risk doing anything that I shouldn't.
