Hi ! I have a result of my test :
I hace copy GPT partition table on USB disk 4To, sync the RAID, and unmount the disk and put it into the NAS and boot only with thi disk.
--> NOT WORK.
I have boot my NAS with only 1 (old) disk of 512Gb, and remake GPT tables. Resync OS.
Remove the 512Gb disk. Boot only with the 4Tb disk :
IT'S WORKS !!!
Why ?
I have check :
With USB-SATA Bridge :
Disk /dev/sdb: 4000.8 GB, 4000787025920 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 60800 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 4096 = 65802240 bytes Sector size (logical/physical): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes Disk identifier: 0x00000000
WithOUT the USB-SATA bridge (directly in the NAS SATA port) : Disk /dev/sdb: 4000.8 GB, 4000787030016 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 486401 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes Disk identifier: 0x00000000
Info : My kernel is: Linux TS-XEL 2.6.31.8_GALOULA_V1 #7 Wed Jan 9 09:43:24 CET 2013 armv5tel
