Hi there,

so far I can see, Buffalo hasn't released any sources from their u-boot versions yet. Has someone the contact address for such source requests from buffalo or can someone contact buffalo for the u-boot sources? Specially the u-boot sources for the ls duo pro are very interessting for me.

http://buffalo.nas-central.org/wiki/LS_ ... ot_Version

shows some clues... it looks like it is just a small revision up from the previous uboot that they had for the LSProV2. In fact, the uboot for the LSProV2/LiveV2 also was the same for a few other models... the binary sensed which board it was on.

Is it not in the GPL archive? If not, maybe joergl may have an idea, or ... check in the back of your Owners Manual... there may a short bit there about GPL source.

==================
edit: did you look here ? ftp://24.153.165.234/disk1/share/
there is a lot of stuff there... much more than is shown on the GPL sources webpage... I'm not sure the UBoot source is in there, but it may be...

Yes - but I found only the firmware images or old archives - not the current sources: ftp://24.153.165.234/disk1/share/GPL/ / ftp://24.153.165.234/disk1/share/LS%20P ... b%20model/

prodigy7,

if it is not on line, you can look in the back of your user's manual... there should be a page there about GPL source, with an address for Buffalo Tech in Europe, where you can send a few Euros (for postage & for burning the CD/DVD) and they send the source to you...

Hi,

I think that u-boot sources from this page : http://opensource.buffalo.jp/ls-chl-102.html are also for ls pro duo.
I have not tried them - I'm waiting for my Duo and JTAG ;)

Regards,
