Hi All,

First of all Merry Xmas. One of my HDD's died in my LS quad so i received a new drive (same speed and size). Have installed the drive and turned nas on. Now the new HDD's led is orange and the power status led is blinking orange (Long --- Short-Short). I assumed it would begin an auto rebuild process...I see the option to "rebuild array" in the web interface however i dont know if that will delete all the data on the Array.

Long story short, how to a get this new drive formatted and part of the Raid again without losing my info?

Thanks everyone and i hope y'all have a good xmas

Long, short, short in orange -> I12 -> degraded RAID.
Unfortunately, that's all I can help. Never used a RAID for
private purposes nor will I every use a RAID for such.
