Hello,

I tried to flash my LS PRO Duo 1To with the Freelike firmware and got the following result :

the red 'i' is constantly lighted up and the double arrow are blinking too ( in green). I can also hear like an engine noise of the LS. Is it means that my Ls is bricked ?

I'm desperate, I searched all over the Web to have a diagnostic:

1. what does it means ?
2. how to recover the LS Pro duo ?

thank you for any infomation or help

zerafir.

PS: I forgot to tell you that i put my hub to 192.168.11.1 as I saw that the LS has a static IP @ 192.168.11.150 in this page : Recover a non working "bricked" Linkstation
I didnt tried the "open Linkstation" solution ... I prefere to avoid it...

read this guide:
http://buffalo.nas-central.org/index.ph ... om_scratch

it was already confirmed to work on the LS Pro DUO.

that way you always can recover your box from scratch.....or you can replace the hdds for example.

check if it requests via tftp.
