Hi Guys,

I am novice but I need your help solving this.

I have this Link station pro PRO LSV20TL model and one day due to power interruption it went down. Now when I try to start it it give me only red LED blink. It blinks 7 times red and then pause and then it blinks again. Can you please me what is wrong and how can I fix this?

This is my 2nd link station , the previous one died like this only.

Okay, I read that it could be Hard Drive detection problem. I took it out and trying to get access on windows. But its not detected. is this because its Linux compliant? what do I need to do in order to get it detected?

If your drive manager does not show you the harddisk, then the hdd is damaged.
