Hi,

Hope I'm posting in the correct place here, apologies if not!!

My Linkstation has been working very well for many years, but recently seems to have failed.

It was setup as a RAID 1, with 2x 500GB drives.

I'm trying desperately to recover the information from the disks (family photos/videos etc), but am unsure of the best way to do it.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Thanks in advance

Adam

Hi, I have the same issue. I can't believe that both drives have failed at the same time...

I have the LS-WXL24, 2 x 2TB Seagate Barracuda drives. However, I have tried the drives in a DriveStation I have and they are also not recognised... I cannot access the Admin console over wireless and currently do not have a crossover cable. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
