I'm trying to resolve a problem I'm having with my TS-RHTGL/R5.

Here's the situation:
1) one drive died.
2) some time later the array went completely offline. Not sure if it was before or after the rebuild completed.
3) I'm trying to get into the unit via either telnet or ssh (whichever is available on this unit). However, when trying to open it up using the acp_commander.jar application, it says that it's been opened, but when I try to telnet the port isn't really open. In reading through the forums, it seems that this might be a problem with the current firmware (1.35) and it was suggested to downgrade to 1.33.
4) When trying to install 1.33 that was download from the Buffalo site the TSUpdater application just hangs grey'ed out after pressing the "update" button.

Not sure where to go from here? Do I continue to try to downgrade? Do I try to figure out how to open up the 1.35 firmware? or something else?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually now that I've looked into this a little deeper. It seems that I need to find a telnet enabled version of firmware for a TS-RHTGL? Does anyone know where I can get my hands on that?
