Wondering if anyone has some insight on re-assembling a RAID10 from a Terastation Array. The unit would not boot with a "System Error E04 Can't load Kernel" I put the drives in a Linux box and examined them with mdadm. I found that the System partition on drive 1 was at 100% usage due to a log file that was extremely large. So, I remove the file to free up some space for the operating system, now the unit boots, but it takes a good 20 hours to examine the disks and eventually says it cant mount drive 2, 3, and 4. When I view the drives in mdadm it shows all partitions except for a fault in the data partition of drive 4. Trying to build the array back in Linux seems to be tricky because it reports it as a RAID1 so I assume I need to assemble the 2 RAID1's then assemble the pair together as a RAID0. This doesn't seem to work with mdadm. Does anyone have any ideas?
