Hi,

Newbie question!

I am insterested in buying a LS (not sure which one), which is DNLA and a Revo Heritage, which is UPnP. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences of streaming a LS to a Revo/UPnP client? Is this possible?

Thanks
Staro

You asked for a specific client (Revo Heritage) and it seems
as if noone is using a client like this here in the forum.
So the proof of the pudding will be in the eating.
If you reduce your question to some UPnP clients, the answer
is: Yes it works.
I assume that you are aware, that a LS can only stream and
not concurrently convert the format of the data while streaming.
So if your streaming client can't handle the format of the data
you stored on the LS, you won't be able to succeed.
E.g. your data is in H264 and your client only understands MPEG2
-> fail, because no conversion possible due to lack of CPU power.
