Hi,

I want to mount a networkdrive in my terastation.
I did something like that in the /etc/fstab:
Code:
//192.168.188.1/fritz.nas/StoreJet-Transcend-01/BACKUP /mnt/FritzBackup smbfs 0 0

if i do a mount -a the console says:
Code:
root@TERASTATION:~# mount -a
mount: fs type smbfs not supported by kernel

Please can anybody help me? Can i get smbfs to work on my terastation?

The error message is very clear, I think.
You need the kernel module for smbfs, which is not available
on your box.
Compile it yourself and install the module in your module
directory of the kernel.
You will either need a crosscompile environment or a compiler
installed on your box.
