Hi friends,

by a mistake we bought a TerraStation without iSCSI.
It was my fault because i have read the description (its possible to bind it to AD and so on).

But now i know for the use with NTFS i need a iSCSI Storage.
Is it possible to use NTFS on this device without iSCSI too?

I have read an manual in which a way was described.
At here i should use truecrypt and create a container.
But this is not what i want because the containers are hidden volumes and i am not sure if this container can manage 5 TB without errors...

So my question is, is in my terrastation an iscsi initiator integrated?
And if yes, is it possible to use another firmware for example to make it work with my infrastructure and use NTFS as filesystem. :)

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
René
