 Post subject: Buffalo NAS TS5400

Hi,

So I have a Buffalo NAS on my work network and one of the disks had failed, so when we had one of our network guys out to do some changes to some of out servers my boss asked him to have a look at the NAS, so he opened it up and told my boss that both drive 2 and 3 and failed so he took them out and left them on the side and started to do some config on the NAS.... when he left I put Drive 3 back in because it was a new drive and it couldn't have failed within the space of 3 days.
Now when I try to go onto the Web Client to setup and backup time and date I can't access it even though I'm using the IP address it displays on the LED screen on the front. I also looked around the Buffalo forums and saw a couple of ways to factory reset the NAS but only one would work without having access to the Web Client, and all I needed was a VGA input to a monitor and a keyboard and I followed the steps but no luck.... could someone help me do a factory reset on the NAS?
