I have an LS410D, firmware version 1.31-0.92, that was purchased and installed in May, 2014. My users just told me their backups were not working. I can browse to the device via its name and IP address, see all of the folders set up on the device, but the Shared folder shows recovered and I am not able to open it or any of the other folders. I get a message that Windows cannot access the folder, Error code: 0x80070035, the network path was not found.
When I signed into Web Access, under status, I see Disk mount failed: Disk 1. Listed under that error message are the Device name, firmware version, serial number, IP address, MAC address, Workgroup name, and Storage: Not detected.
What is going on here? Does anybody know? Thank you for any insight.
