First off I'll apologize if I should have been able to find the answer to this. I looked but came up empty.

So, I have a new LS421DE with 2 Toshiba 3TB 7200 RPM drives installed. I've updated the firmware, deleted the default RAID0 configuration and created a RAID1 image. The info folder was there and I created a Share folder.

The unit has a valid IP address and pings fine. The subnet mask and gateway are correct. NAS Navigator2 recognizes it and I can login using the ip address in a web browser. But, when I try and map the drive to drive letters it gives an error dialog box that says: "Create a folder named 'Share' before mapping the drive."

I'm at a loss, anyone have a clue what I'm missing?
