Hey boys and girls who still play around with the old buffalos'

I'm thinking about setting up a new -once again- system on my buffalo linkstation pro. I looked already around what's possible.

There is a way to make a debian install with a full (headless) encryption (expect the boot-partition of course). To unlock there would be the possibility to use a usb-drive with a key-file on it.

I try to build a little fort knox. Everybody who has tips or builded one already is welcomed!

TO DO:
  1. Set up a debian with full system encryptio (install SSH to be able to first unlock!!!)
  2. Set up a key-file on a usb-stick
  3. Do more stuff to be harder to crack than the other $hi&!

How do I use an encrypted transfer and auth with my nfs-shares? Anybody knows?

BTW:
How I can play (midi)music on my linkstation with the little speaker (I'm here sound..)
