In most cases, this "stopping" has nothing to do with
a malfunction on your side, but a "blacklisting" of the
client-software on the "other" side.
To verify this, you should try to use a Bittorrent seed
from an official Linux distribution, because those are
seldomly using a blacklist for specific client-software.
If it works for those, you know, that "reinstalling" the
same software will not solve the problem.
