i'm compiling mldonkey for a variety of nas boxes.
Mldonkey on ARM linkstations sometimes need to be executed providing my own libraries in order to work properly and to solve DNS iresolution issue.
a simple LD_LIBRARY change solves the issue and mldonkey has run happily on your boxes too.

I have recently faced problems with new EABI-only (boxes) I suppose with kenrel compiled in order to support EABI.
I have a question:

are you kernels compiled for EABI? for EABI + COMPAT_OLDABI (I think it is something similar ) ? or are OLDABI only kernels?

I'm just curious about this because I'm compiling ARM EABI mldonkey cores too and I like to know if last ones could run better on your box without using tricks or issues.
Thanks in advance

the stock kernel is (as far as i know) a EABI kernel with OABI compatibility.

a few have compiled a - OABI kernel .....

so yes, maybe EABI mldonkey could be tested.

Thanks for replying.
I'll refine a bit EABI compilation environment and I'll provide cores in few days.
