Hi,
This is very much a newbie question, so bear with me.

My question is, would it be at all possible, say via the Openlink firmware, to modified the orignal Media server (Mediabolic), say via a hex edit, to include the UPnP XML changes necessary to make it compatible with the XBox 360? I'm including a couple of links which outline the changes needed in the UPnP XML docs (NB: the appended string does not appear necessary for the server to communicate once it has be verified by the 360, see 'preconditions' here http://www.free60.org/wiki/Networking).

The 360-compatibility UPnP mods are listed here http://wiki.simplecenter.org/display/DEV/XBox360+Streaming.

I own an HS-D300DGL, for the record :D

Cheers

Rich

P.S. If this is not on the cards, I'm hoping I can install Java/x360mediaserve onto Openlink or Freelink (OpenLink is my preference, initially).
