try these precompiled mldonkey cores:viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4034http://mldonkey.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/ ... 7075#27075
where did you download linkstation-debian-mips-wyw-20050922.tar ?
you did not download freelink?http://buffalo.nas-central.org/download/LS2_MI ... /Freelink/
anyway. i am aware of the debian problems and 2.6....the glibc needs a 2.6 kernel.
you could get around this by installing the UBoot bootloader and the 2.6.22 kernel:http://www.linuxnotincluded.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/
beware that the uboot bootloader is still experimental...it seems to depend on the used flash chip if you can write to the flash from uboot or the 2.6.22 kernel....the MX works the ST times out.
try the precompiled cores.
LS1 (2.6 kernel, foonas svn1062, 750 GB, UBoot 1.2) & LS Pro (FreeLink/jtymod/GenLink, changes all the time)Thx to all donators!
