Hello

I'm about to buy a used TS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.22, filled with 4x250GB.
The vendor said to me he tested it with one 2TB drive.

I'm interested in this NAS to give it larger disks, at least 2TB each.

Even after several google and nas-central searches I'm not sure this NAS can use more than :
- 4x 500GB = 2TB
or
- 1x 2TB
or
- mixed disk capacities, cropped to 2TB

Can you please tell me if I will be able to use it with 4x2TB (or more) ?

Thanks a lot

PS : I'm not really fluent in english, so please excuse my probable mistakes.

I called Buffalo.
Very good hotline support !

He said :
"it's OK, up to 6TB max, tested with 4x1.5To.
It doens't mean than it's the maximum. You can try with bigger disks."

The vendor of the future mine tested it with a single 2TB drive.

Hope it'll help somebody.

See you
