Hello,

We have a TS-HTGL/R5 with no boot image Error..

I tried to start in EM Mode and took TFTP to connect, that works.
But when i start the TSUpdater then, there is an acp_state_failure.

I tried to get a telnet connection, it works, but i don't really know what to do...

Thanks,

Patrick

Hi,
Some possibilities:
1/ You need a direct connection from the PC (with TFTP server running and appropriate files present) and the Terastation (no switch).
2/ Otherwise it is a wrong firmware
3/ Not all drives are present

Hello,

Thanks for response.

I am connected directly.
Maybe you can give me a link to the correct firmware?
It's true, i have only one drive inside, there must be all four drives inside?
