Hi there,

The hd from my LS-HLAN300 crashed and I bought a new one. Installed and I run the freelink firmware program. First time it said it failed but the lights where still on so I waited untill there was no more activity. Second try it failed again. And so on.

I tried resetting the device. No change.

After turning off and on the device I notice that it gets a ip address (192.168.1.x), but (1) I cannot connect to the device with telnet (connection refused), and (2) the firmware program does still report the device in EM mode with no firmware version number.

The ipsetup program I found on the freelink download site does see the firmware version (3.0) and I can change the ip address.

But still connection refused when trying telnet.

What can I do?

Thanx a lot!
Chris
