Well, all's ok here :-)

My setup was freelink, kernel 2.6.12. Copied the bin to the LS, dd the full bin on mtdblock0 and reboot. No problem at all.

hi dave,
i had genlink running on LS Live V2, and now I have Freelink. I'm wanting to upgrade to Debian Lenny without having to open up the box to attach a serial cable. I would appreciate it if you could allow me access to the U-Boot with Netconsole. Thanks in advance.
