Linux 2.6/PPC kernels for Linkstation/KuroBox/HG/HS are available from http://hvkls.dyndns.org/. See the Changelog for details (MSIE > 5.5 is problematic).

PLEASE use the webinstaller to download or install the kernel package, including its variants. Anyone violating the server policy risks to be denied service, if necessary permanently. Thanks for your cooperation!

I'm doing trafic shaping on linkstation. Can you have the following module included on next kernel release?

CONFIG_NET_SCH_INGRESS is not set

Are you hosting this on your machine? If you do, I think it's better to setup a ftp server for this and limit the number of connection per ip. I know there's some download tools. If a file gets downloaded once it will be added to it's p2p database network. These kind of p2p download accelerator drain resource quickly unless you setup something to limit the number of connections from a sigle ip.

The number of connections is already limited to three, still they use at least two addresses simultaneously and hammer the server in very short intervals, not taking 403 as a No. And No I mean, this time for real. The problem is, it's usually those who never read the docs who suck (pun intended).

I will add CONFIG_NET_SCH_INGRESS=m in the next release.
